The Calibration Suite provides a structured and automated workflow to configure, run, and analyze calibration simulations in Ansys Rocky.

The scripts are installed inside Rocky’s Scripts folder and are automatically executed during the simulation lifecycle, performing both pre-processing and post-processing tasks. Input parameters are managed through Rocky Input Variables or external JSON files, allowing execution with or without the GUI (batch/headless mode).

Each calibration deck includes dedicated processing routines that compute the relevant material properties and automatically generate raw data, plots, and structured reports. Results are exported in CSV, PNG, and JSON formats to enable further analysis or integration with external tools such as Ansys optiSLang.

The suite includes eight ready-to-use calibration decks covering angle of repose tests, bulk density, shear tests, and rheometer measurements.
